Por Fariba Adelkhah  A antropóloga franco-iraniana Fariba Adelkhah denuncia aqueles que se regozijam com o enfraquecimento do regime iraniano sem reconhecer a violência da guerra e os perigos representados pelo desprezo pelo direito internacional e pela interferência estrangeira. As vozes mais altas são as que detêm mais poder. Portanto, devemos distinguir entre as vozes daqueles que gritam e sangram mais, e as daqueles que bombardeiam mais. Os sons daqueles que bombardeiam são mais audíveis, sobretudo porque nossas análises frequentemente repetem as narrativas daqueles que estão no poder. Quanto mais sangramos, menos somos ouvidos. O som não emana das ruínas, mas daqueles que as criam e as pisoteiam para se apoderarem delas. Em última análise, é a ocupação do espaço que constitui o poder, mais do que a ocupação das almas que eventualmente o habitarão, seja para se opor a ele ou para se aliar a ele. HEADLINES ADRIENNE SURPRENANT/MYOP FOR LE MONDE FEATURE 'Such carnage defies belief': Lebanon, crushed by Israeli bombs, counts its dead  A few hours after the announcement of a ceasefire between the US and Iran, around 100 airstrikes targeted several neighborhoods in central Beirut, its southern suburbs, and in towns and villages in eastern and southern Lebanon on Wednesday. At least 254 people were killed, according to the civil defense. Standing in the entrance to the emergency room, the doctors at Rizk Hospital watched in a mournful silence as paramedics laid a small, frail body, sealed in a black body bag, onto a stretcher. The child's mother, wrapped in a long black abaya, followed the remains without taking her eyes off them, holding back her tears. On Wednesday, April 8, in the early evening, the dead and wounded were still arriving at this hospital in eastern Beirut, transferred from other facilities that were overwhelmed. Fifteen minutes earlier, it was the body of a mother, placed in a similar black bag, that an ambulance had brought so she could be laid next to her son in the morgue. OPINION OP-ED 'Iran is caught in a vice between two regimes of silence: war and repression' By Fariba Adelkhah  French-Iranian anthropologist Fariba Adelkhah denounces those who rejoice at the weakening of the Iranian regime without acknowledging the violence of war and the dangers posed by contempt for international law and foreign interference. The loudest voices are the ones that hold the most power. So, we must distinguish between the voices of those who scream and bleed the most, and those who bomb the most. The sounds of those who bomb are more audible, particularly because our analyses often repeat the narratives of those in power. The more we bleed, the less we are heard. Sound does not emanate from the ruins, but from those who create and trample them in order to seize them. Ultimately, it is the occupation of space that constitutes power, more than the occupation of souls that will eventually inhabit it, either to oppose or to ally with it.
